What if I want to cancel the booking?

The pet sitters choose the cancellation policies for their services and the cancel policies vary. In Daycare, Dog Walking and Home Visit services the cancellation policy is always flexible. In Pet Boarding (overnight) service the pet sitter chooses their cancellation policy from flexible, moderate and strict.

You pay for the booking once it is confirmed. Our cancellation policies are as follows:

  • Flexible: The pet owner will get a full refund if they cancel the booking 1 day (24 hours) before the service starts. After that, they get 50% of the funds and the pet sitter gets the other 50 %.
  • Moderate: The pet owner will get a full refund if they cancel the booking 3 days before the service starts. After that, they get 50% of the funds and the pet sitter gets the other 50 %.
  • Strict: The pet owner will get a full refund if they cancel the booking 7 days before the service starts. After that, they get 50% of the funds and the pet sitter gets the other 50 %.
