The pet owner pays for the booking once it is confirmed. The payment goes through our secure online payment system. When you have delivered your service and the pet is back with their owner, we give them 48 hours to inform us of any problems.
If nothing comes up, the funds are moved to your account balance inside our app. From there, you can withdraw them. The money will arrive at your bank account within three working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you withdraw them. We, Host My Pet, charge 8% fee from every transaction but we will take care of this before the funds arrive at your account.
